Establishment of the Canada-Germany Hydrogen Alliance

In the presence of Chancellor Scholz and Prime Minister Trudeau, Robert Habeck, Federal Minister for Economic Affairs and Climate Action, and Jonathan Wilkinson, Minister for Natural Resources, signed a MoU to establish the Canada-Germany Hydrogen Alliance. The goal of the alliance is to facilitate the development of a hydrogen export corridor from Canada to Germany, with first shipments to cross the Atlantic from 2025.
